Who We Are

Wade Against... is an emerging nonprofit initiative envisioned by Nate Geinzer, founder of Double Haul Solutions, and inspired by his peers in local government. The name itself is a metaphor—a symbol of local government leaders and public servants who persist in moving their organizations and communities forward, even in the face of challenges and the relentless demands of public service.

In essence, Wade Against... is dedicated to supporting and revitalizing local government leadership through practical strategies, peer support, and a shared sense of civic responsibility. It’s an invitation for local government leaders to wade forward together, transforming obstacles into opportunities for themselves and the communities they serve.

The evolution of Wade Against... will be shaped by the insights of our peers, the collective wisdom of our profession, and the best practices of effective, collaborative governance.
